L'eau A La Rose Perfume by Maison Francis Kurkdjian was released in 2019. In Le Roman de la Rose quotes the most famous poem about knights pursuing courtly romance is that the 

rose is the ultimate symbol of a woman’s love. Inspired by this and the portrait of Queen Marie Antoinette holding one of her beloved Centifolia blossoms, Maison Francis Kurkdjian L'eau A La Rose perfume was introduced as a new tribute to graceful femininity. 

The perfume opens with sparkly exotic litchi fruit and juicy pear. The heart is a bold new take on an old classic: fruity and spicy Damascena rose from Bulgaria joins honeyed Centifolia rose petals from Grasse, with at least 400 blossoms in every bottle. The middle is well-balanced with delicate peony and floral violet. The base has soft musk for a gentle and subtle dry-down.
